Label Solutions, Inc., North America's largest supplier of cylinder labels to the welding, medical and specialty gas industries has created a program for individuals who transfer fill medical cylinders for use in ambulances, fire trucks, helicopters, hospitals and other emergency settings. This program allows emergency personnel, who receive bulk oxygen from a gas supplier, to personalize their medical oxygen sidewall labels with their company and contact information. Medical lot code labels are available as well.
Here's how the program works
- For new users, click on Get an account
- Enter your email address to register
- For existing users, enter your Username & Password to access the order site
- Once logged into the site, users will select between a medical oxygen sidewall label and a lot code label
- If selecting a medical oxygen sidewall label, users will fill out their Company Name, Address and Phone Number. If selecting a lot code label, users will select an order quantity and complete the billing, shipping and payment information.
- Users will need to verify the accuracy of the data on their label (check for spelling errors, etc) before selecting Continue
- Once confirmed, users will be asked to verify quantity of labels to order, along with billing, shipping and payment information
- Users then confirm their order and will receive a confirmation number
